4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup croutons
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 anchovy fillets
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt and black pepper
